Lactose intolerance = LBM
2008 February 26
Well, at least, for me.
Last week, my stomach was sick of hyperacidity (dyspepsia?) so I abstained from Coke, iced tea, and most especially coffee, whose aroma is always a temptation whenever we hang out nearby the vending machine. Grrr!
Without asking my tummy if he was alright this afternoon, I savored a cup of coffee. And because I am still lactose intolerant, which I always ignore, I felt a thunderstorm in my tummy moments later.
There, I became a member of the Loose Bowel Movement. Again.

Well as for me… KEBER Lactose pirosis este intolerance diay.. hehehe.. Basta mu inum jud kog coffee!! Ka paet ana rhey oi! >.<
hahaha…i undertand the temptation. pero di jud na lalim ang mo-uo bisag asa, rhey. puasa sa diha! hahaha
Paet mo lang. Sakit akong luvee.
LBM=better than the opposite.
I have a friend who is now lactose intolerant. I don’t know how you guys survive – I’d go insane! I love my dairy foods. ^_^
Still though, sorry to hear about your LBM. Of course it could have been worse.
lol!
Can anyone answer these questions for me if they are lactose intolerant?
Thanks
1. Do you like ready meals?
2. Would you like the idea of a complete meal for people who are lactose intolerant?
3. Do you find it easy and convenient to buy lactose free products?
4. Do you like the taste of lactose free products?
5. How many times each week do you cook a meal?
Hi ozzy,
1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. No.
4. Sometimes not.
5. Once or twice on the average.
I hope that helps.
